How do I bleach My Teeth at home?

I want to Bleach my teeth but, don’t want go out and buy a kit. Can I just take tin foil and put bleach on it then wrap it on my teeth and brush after wards? or do you have a better suggestion

  1. Do you realize that swallowing even a little bit of bleach can make you very ill? Just buy a kit. There is no real "homemade bleaching remedy."
