is there a home remedie for teeth whitening?
my teeth are a lttle stained..i brush with whitening stuff and i have used a home bleaching kit..is there something at home i could use , i heard peroxide….kinda strapped for cash
Yes use the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda like the first post said but you need to add salt for some abrasion. Let it soak as long as you can. My teeth are major white and ive never had a darn thing done to them. OH HEY… if you havent had a cleaning you need to get that done by a dentist and then do the above. You cant fight plaque build up if its there to begin with.
baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.Tastes like hell, works great. (Brush with bs. Swish with hp)

EASY there—why not go to a REAL dentist before you damage the enamel so bad that you will permanently scar your teeth. There is no easy way— daily brushing is a good way to maintain normal dental work. The food or drink you use may not allow whitening to happen–coffee–cigarettes—blueberry and other fruits— there’s a million reasons for discoloration—and a million dangerous suggestions for whitening—so get to a dentist for a real safe effective whitening.. Never put peroxide in your mouth without diluting it—and rinse about 10 times to prevent internal damage of the throat and stomach—please stop with the dangerous stuff.

Might i recommend first a ADA approved cavity protection fluoride tooth paste. Like Crest. It will begin to lift away the stains, plaque, and tartar, which at first is more important than having white teeth. Flossing will help too. Visiting the Dentist is Actually a good idea too, especially before whitening. But if you choose not to go to the dentist for a cleaning, use the cavity protection toothpaste and then Crest White Strips. (baking soda and peroxide can ruin the enamel of your teeth and cause irritation to your gums)

The most common option used as homemade teeth whitening agent is baking soda, which has a mild bleaching action. Given that it is used in baking, it also implies safety. Baking soda is sprinkled on the toothbrush, and teeth then cleaned using a gentle, circular motion. Care should still be taken though, especially for people with gum sensitivity. Old wives’ recipes often state that a paste of baking powder, a little salt, and a few drops of white vinegar, works effectively.
Salt, used exactly as baking soda, is also touted as being a good teeth whitener. However, it might just be its osmosis, dehydrating action that makes teeth appear whiter, since dehydrated teeth look whiter.
Lemon juice is often used, but it had high acidic levels, so teeth can weaken in the long run. Other natural, fruit options regard rubbing the inside of an orange peel on the teeth. A strawberry cut in half and the inside rubbed on teeth also works. Mashed strawberry can also be applied with a toothbrush. Apple cider vinegar is also said to be effective. Dried orange rind, and walnut bark, is also good.
